On average the body needs about 2500 calories a day to keep healthy any calorie intake above that will make you gain weight.

In order to lose weight try to eat 3 well balanced meals a day and try to avoid snacking in between.

Always try to eat as normally as possible, try to cut down on the size of your meals and avoid foods with high calorie or high fat content

If you do over indulge one day try not to worry about it, there’s always tomorrow for you to get back on the right track.

One thing to remember is you didn’t put weight on over night, so losing weight will take a little time too.
